Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniCore Digital Solutions marketing and information websites at omnicoredigital.com and its subdomains (the "Websites"). By accessing or using the Websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Websites.
About OmniCore
OmniCore Digital Solutions ("OmniCore", "we", "us" or "our") provides digital banking and fintech technology to banks and financial institutions. The Websites present information about our company, products and services — including DBX, PayX, CrossPay, ConnectIQ, P2P and Luna AI — and are intended for business and professional audiences.
The Websites are informational. They are not a banking service, and using them does not create a banking, lending or account relationship with OmniCore. Any regulated financial service delivered through technology built on OmniCore platforms is provided by the relevant licensed financial institution under its own terms.
Use of the Websites
You may use the Websites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
